Two Ways to Get Involved
Whether you have a few hours for a workshop or want a seat at the table shaping our strategy, there's a place for you.
Mentor, Facilitate, Support Events
Our day-to-day volunteers make MasterCraft, Limitless Pathway Academy, and Future Ready Workshops possible.
- Mentor students at MasterCraft job-site sessions
- Facilitate a Future Ready Workshop station
- Support signature events (Dinner in the Dark, HBCU Festival)
- Help with general operations and outreach
Apply for the Board of Directors
We're building a board of directors with the strategic, financial, and community expertise to help kNOw Limits Foundation scale responsibly.
- Fiduciary oversight (Care, Loyalty, Obedience)
- Strategic planning and fundraising support
- Quarterly board meetings + committee work
- Background check and fingerprint clearance required
Youth Protection Requirement
Because our programs serve high school students and young adults, every volunteer and board member who has direct contact with youth must complete a background check and, where required by Arizona law, hold a valid fingerprint clearance card (ARS § 41-1758.07) before working with students. We'll walk you through this after you apply. It protects our students and you.
