kNOw Limits Foundation is led by a founder and a working Board of Directors committed to governance, accountability, and building real pathways for Arizona's youth.
Antoinette Mendez, MAED
Founder & Executive Director
Antoinette Mendez is a former school counselor with more than ten years of experience in K–12 education, college access, and student development. She holds a Master of Arts in Education, School Counseling, and serves as adjunct faculty with the Maricopa Community College District. As Founder and CEO of Mission 2 Transition™, she also creates career exploration curriculum for grades K–8, giving kNOw Limits Foundation an in-house curriculum development capacity most nonprofits our size would need to purchase externally.
